Fuze Post Purchase Upsell | Onboarding - Step 1 - Global Language Selector

The "Global Language Selector" section in Fuze Post Purchase Upsell provides you with the ability to choose a language for the translation of the Post-purchase page when the app does not support the language used in the checkout process.

By selecting a language from the dropdown menu in the selector, you can instantly see a preview of the translated Post-purchase page in the preview section. This allows you to ensure that the translated content aligns with your desired customer experience.

Fuze Post Purchase Upsell supports a wide range of languages to cater to diverse customer bases. The supported languages include English, French, German, Dutch, Swedish, Italian, Spanish, Chinese (PRC), Chinese (Taiwan), Bulgarian, Romanian, Slovak, Polish, Czech, Croatian, Lithuanian, Slovenian, Portuguese, Greek, Hungarian, Serbian, Danish, and Latvian.

In scenarios where Fuze does not support the language used in the checkout process, the app will automatically display the Post-purchase page in the fallback language selected within the Global Language Selector. However, when the checkout language is supported, both the Checkout and Post-purchase pages will be automatically translated to match the language settings of your store.

This feature ensures that regardless of the language used during checkout, your customers will experience a seamless and localized Post-purchase page, contributing to a more personalized and engaging shopping journey.
