The Email Funnels tab serves as a powerful tool in boosting your sales by leveraging the potential of post-purchase confirmation emails. It strategically utilizes the engagement generated by the confirmation emails that customers receive once they complete an order.

By default, the Upsell and Cross-sell sections are pre-selected within these emails, promoting additional products to your customers. This automatic feature aims to enhance customer exposure to your product range and stimulate further purchases.

However, we understand that businesses require flexibility. Therefore, the selection buttons for the Upsell and Cross-sell sections remain active and customizable according to your business needs. This means you can manually adjust the products displayed in these sections if required.

In essence, the Email Funnels tab offers an effective avenue to cultivate post-purchase customer engagement and foster additional sales.


The integration of coupon codes across all upsell pages offers a dynamic way to incentivize your customers to make a purchase. By creating a unique coupon code, you can apply discounts to every product showcased in the Upsell and Cross-sell sections within the Email and Thank You page widgets. This additional feature can be conveniently accessed through the Thank You page funnels tab content.

Once a coupon code is applied, the updated price—consisting of the original price, the price from Shopify (if the product has a Compare at price), and the final discounted price—is accurately displayed. This empowers customers to see the exact savings they will get from applying the coupon code.

If you wish to modify the coupon code, any changes saved will be immediately reflected in the product prices in the Upsell and Cross-sell sections within the Email and Thank You page widgets.

In situations where no coupon code is applied, rest assured that the prices of the products will be correctly displayed, utilizing the information sourced from Shopify/Products and any modifications (if applied) from the Thank You page funnels tab/Update product modal.

When a customer clicks on a product from the Upsell and Cross-sell sections, they are directed to the Product page with the discount already applied, enhancing the ease of shopping experience. This automatic application of the discount to the Checkout contributes to a smoother, frictionless purchasing journey.

Upon completion of a purchase, the revenue from the bought product is accurately added to the app. Also, the statistics are meticulously updated in accordance with the purchased product, ensuring that you always have up-to-date insights on your product performance.
