Onboarding - Plan step

After creating the first funnel, the Plan selection step follows. There are two available options:

The first option is to click the Set up billing button and accept the Moon plan. In this case, you can start using the app functionalities and not be charged during the free trial period of 14 days. You can gather more revenue thanks to the app functionalities without additional charge during this time. When the trial period expires, you will not be charged until reaching $200 in Fuze generated revenue. Please note that our plans come with automatic upgrades - you will be automatically charged every time you move up a plan (which happens after you reach a certain amount in Fuze generated revenue). But don’t worry - we will only charge you when we help you make money! Based on your Fuze-generated revenue, your monthly charge can vary from $0.00 to $999.99. But bear in mind that you will not be charged more than $999.99 in a single billing cycle (30 days). Detailed information about the plans will be provided in a minute.

The second option is to click the Skip button and review the app. In this case, the app functionalities will not be available until the plan is accepted (regardless of whether they are enabled). To accept the plan, click the Set up billing button and accept the plan on the Approve subscription page.

Let’s review the plans in detail.

Moon plan	Io plan	Callisto plan
The Moon plan is free until reaching $200 in Fuze generated revenue or up to 50 orders per month. When the limit is reached, the plan will be automatically upgraded to the Io plan.	The Io plan will be active until you reach $400 in Fuze generated revenue or up to 100 orders per month, and the price will be only $7.99. When the limit is reached, the plan will be automatically upgraded to the Callisto plan.	The Callisto plan will be active until you reach $1,000 in Fuze generated revenue or up to 500 orders per month, and the price will be $19.99. When the limit is reached, the plan will be automatically upgraded to the Titan plan.

Titan plan	Mars plan	Saturn plan
The Titan plan will be active until you reach $2,500 in Fuze generated revenue or up to 1,500 orders per month, and the price will be $49.99. When the limit is reached, the plan will be automatically upgraded to the Mars plan.	The Mars plan will be active until you reach $7,500 in Fuze generated revenue or up to 4,000 orders per month, and the price will be $149.99. When the limit is reached, the plan will be automatically upgraded to the Saturn plan.	The Saturn plan will be active until you reach $15,000 in Fuze generated revenue or up to 7,000 orders per month, and the price will be $299.99. When the limit is reached, the plan will be automatically upgraded to the Sun plan.

Sun plan	Galaxy plan	Universe plan
The Sun plan will be active until you reach $30,000 in Fuze generated revenue or up to 9,000 orders per month, and the price will be $599.99. When the limit is reached, the plan will be automatically upgraded to the Galaxy plan.	The Galaxy plan will be active until you reach $40,000 in Fuze generated revenue or up to 11,000 orders per month, and the price will be $799.99. When the limit is reached, the plan will be automatically upgraded to the Universe plan.	The Universe plan will be active above $40,000 in Fuze generated revenue and above 11,000 orders per month, and the price will be $999.99. You can continue with this plan regardless of the number of orders completed, thanks to the app’s functionalities, and you will not be charged more than $999.99 in a single billing cycle (30 days).

An important note is that if the store currency is different from USD, the amount will be equated to dollars.

If you are on the Free plan, you can continue to use Fuze Post Purchase Upsell according to the included revenue for the Free plan. All the app features can be used, thus increasing the revenue thanks to Post-purchase upsell funnels, Thank you page upsell and cross-sell funnels, Email upsell and cross-sell funnels. You can also monitor the analytics on the Dashboard. The only limitation of this plan is that the merchant can only reach $100 Fuze generated revenue. Once this limit is reached, the app’s functionality stops, i.e., Post-purchase upsell funnels, Thank you page upsell and cross-sell funnels, Email upsell and cross-sell funnels will not be available to users until the monthly period expires or the plan is upgraded. An important note is that if the store currency is different from USD, the amount will be equated to dollars.

If you are on the Growth, or No Retainer plan, you can continue to use the app according to the selected commission limit for your plan. All the app features can be used, thus increasing the revenue thanks to Post-purchase upsell funnels, Thank you page upsell and cross-sell funnels, Email upsell and cross-sell funnels. You can also monitor the analytics on the Dashboard. Once the limit is reached, the app’s functionality stops, i.e., Post-purchase upsell funnels, Thank you page upsell and cross-sell funnels, Email upsell and cross-sell funnels will not be available to users until the monthly period expires or the plan is upgraded. An important note is that if the store currency is different from USD, the amount will be equated to dollars.

Once the limit of the Free, Growth and No retainer plan is reached before the billing cycle ends, you will not be able to upgrade the commission limit manually when the limit is reached until the billing cycle is reset. Or, you can quickly click the Set up billing button and accept the new plan.

Please note that upgrading to our new pricing structure (i.e., accepting the Moon plan) will make Fuze easier to use. You won’t have a commission limit and upgrades will happen automatically.

To upgrade to the new pricing structure (i.e., to accept the Moon plan), just click the Set up billing button and accept the plan on the Approve subscription page. Note that, if you wish, you can continue using your existing plan (i.e., Free, Growth, or No Retainer).
